Our wooden jigsaw puzzles are made from 4mm – 0.16″ HDF wood. The shapes of our wooden puzzle pieces are unique, we use Victorian cut for our wooden jigsaw puzzles. It is different and more challenging than the traditional piece cut. Each wooden jigsaw puzzle that we make is beautifully packaged in a custom-made wooden gift box. The box has your selected photo printed on the lid. The lid of the box can be used as a photo frame. We include a special stand that slides into the back of the lid.

It looks just as good in person as it does in the example photos on the product page. The print quality is very good. I uploaded a 300dpi image and I got a very sharp glossy print on both the box and the pieces themselves.
The wood is a bit cheaper and more brittle than the wood you'd find in, for example, a good toddler's wooden building blocks set, but I'm not unsatisfied with the quality. It's a vast improvement on the cardboard puzzles my niece is used to playing with.
