Still Life (Nature morte) puzzle is made using a historical and world-famous painting. High-quality wooden puzzle with detailed and vivid artwork reproduction is sure to be lots of fun. Van Gogh regularly called his still lifes "shading studies." By orchestrating blossoms in various mixes and setting them against soaked fields of shading, he could try different things with intense new chromatic connections. Van Gogh painted this material in May 1888, a couple of months after he had moved to the town of Arles in the South of France. A few still lifes from his Arles period highlight similar items portrayed here-the blue majolica container with painted enhancement and the white teacup.
