I had some difficulty with the website so sent an inquiry. The response was fast suggesting that I try another browser. That did the trick. The website also let me know if the photo quality would result in a sharp picture puzzle. I ordered a 54 piece magnetic puzzle and was very pleased. I was notified that the puzzle was produced the next day and it arrived within one week.
