Why do I have to pay more for shipping than the cost stated above?

If you are located in a UPS remote area (A remote area is an area that is far away from a UPS distribution centre), we will send your order through standard post. There is a Mail delivery option available for shipments up to 2 kg which costs NZD 13.99 per order. Express delivery is available, which costs an additional NZD 53.99 per order. To check if you are located in a UPS remote area, please check the New Zealand postcodes below. If you find your postcode, then this applies to you.

How long until I receive my puzzle?

If you have selected standard delivery, you will receive your puzzle within 6 - 9 business days.

If you have selected express delivery, you will receive your puzzle within 2 - 6 business days.

The above delivery times include production time and delivery time!

What carrier is used to deliver my puzzle?

Your puzzle will be securely delivered by UPS.

Can I track my order once it is shipped?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can enter at ups.com to track your order. If you haven't received an email from us, please check your spam folder.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

If the product is damaged or has any other visual defects, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt through email for complete instructions on how to receive a replacement.

I don't like the puzzle. Can I send it back to you for a refund?

As our puzzles are custom made, we can't issue you a refund.

Can you rush my order?

We always rush your order, meaning that we can't do it any faster than our standard production time.

Can I have the puzzle delivered to a different address than my own?

Yes, you can enter a different address for shipping. Many of our customers order puzzles to send as gifts to their friends or relatives.

  • Any mistakes or delays made by UPS, DHL or any other courier
  • Any mistakes made by customers when entering their delivery address

PuzzlesPrint has a strict Payment Policy!

  • We process your order ONLY after we have received full payment.
  • We only accept online payments.

Currently, we are working with PayPal and Authorize.net to process all online transactions. These payment processors accepts all debit and credit cards and online cheques. Also, you can pay with your outstanding PayPal balance. All credit/debit card details are collected directly by PayPal or Authorize.Net. We do not receive or have access to these details.
