How long until I receive my puzzle?

What carrier is used to deliver my puzzle?
Your puzzle will be securely delivered by UPS.
Can I track my order once it is shipped?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can enter at ups.com to track your order. If you have not received an email from us, please check your spam folder.
My order has been dispatched - can I change the delivery address?
No, after the order is dispatched you must contact the delivery company about address changes. Remember that you will need your tracking number in hand.
Can I have multiple shipping addresses in the same order?
No, if you want puzzles sent to multiple addresses then you should place separate orders - one order can only contain one delivery address.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
If the product is damaged or has any other visual defects, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt through email for complete instructions on how to receive a replacement.
I do not like the puzzle. Can I send it back to you for a refund?
As our puzzles are made to order, we cannot issue you a refund.
Can you rush my order?
We always rush your order, meaning that we cannot do it any faster than our standard production time.
Can I have the puzzle delivered to a different address than my own?
Yes, you can enter a different address for shipping. Many of our customers order puzzles to send as gifts to their friends or relatives.

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay using PayPal or Braintree payment systems. PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards, such as VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Braintree accepts only VISA and MASTERCARD credit and debit cards.
Is my personal data secure when ordering from your website?
We promise never to share or sell any of your personal information with any third party, person or website. The only information we require is that which is necessary to process your order efficiently. Everything else is voluntary. Only senior, authorized personnel have access to system accounts.
How can I redeem a discount voucher?
On the shopping cart page, there is an option to redeem a discount voucher.
Can I cancel my order?
Please get in touch with us as soon as you can. If your order has already been printed, we cannot cancel your order.
What type of puzzles do you offer?
We offer several types of jigsaw puzzles that you can make: traditional jigsaw puzzles that are made from cardboard, plastic, wood or plastic with magnetic surface. Also, you can order photo collage puzzles, puzzle cards and tray jigsaw puzzles.
Is it possible to have a gift note included with the puzzle for the receiver?
Yes, if you want a gift note included with the puzzle you must send the message for the note and your order number to us.
Are the puzzles good quality?
The quality of the final product is very important to us, which is why we use the latest equipment and special 2mm (0.08”) blue jigsaw puzzle cardboard (ESKA GRAPHIC BOARD). For plastic puzzles, we use 2mm (0.08”) thick plastic, for wooden puzzles we use 3mm (0.12") thick plywood, for magnetic puzzles we use plastic with magnetic surface which is 2mm (0.08”) thick and cutting knives that are specially made for our needs to give you the best results!
Are your puzzle pieces unique?
Yes, for most of our products the individual puzzle pieces are unique.
Do your puzzles have larger individual pieces?
Yes, some of our puzzles have larger puzzle pieces than regular puzzles. Individual puzzle piece size is shown on each category page under specifications tab.
Where can I see the size of the puzzle?

Can I order a puzzle with a different size and different piece amount from those offered?
We accept all major image formats, such as jpg, jpeg, tif and tiff.
What is the maximum image file size that I can upload?
The maximum file size that you can upload is 100 Mb, but remember that the larger the file, the longer it will take for it to upload.
What image resolution is required for each puzzle?
You can find the suggested photo resolution on each category page under “specifications” tab.
How can I check my photo resolution?
To check your photo resolution, locate the photo file on your PC, click it with the right mouse button, select "Properties", then select "Details" and then scroll down to dimensions, and you will see the size of your image (in pixels). To check your photo resolution, locate the photo file on your Mac, click it with the right mouse button (or Cmd-I on the keyboard), select "File Info" then select "More Info", and you will see the size of your image (in pixels).
Can you edit my picture?
Unfortunately, we do not edit uploaded images.
Can the colours differ from what I see on my screen and on the puzzle?
Yes, because each monitor is calibrated differently (or not at all) than our printer. Also, please make sure that your photo is in CMYK if the colour integrity and accuracy is important to you.
What kind of images I cannot use for my puzzle?
You cannot use photos that are X-rated or photos that are racist or disrespectful to others.
What guidelines should I follow when creating a design or photo collage on my own?
Each puzzle that we offer has different guidelines, which you can find on each category page under “specifications” tab.
I am not sure if my photo is OK for printing. Can you check it?
Yes, just send it via email to info(at)puzzlesprint.com and let us know which puzzle size you are interested in.
Do you accept flash drives, cd’s or simple printed images to be mailed to you?
Unfortunately, we only accept digital images that are uploaded to our website.
Can I download a photo from the Internet and use it for the puzzle?
Yes, you can, but when searching for photos online, please search for high-resolution images. Please note that you take full responsibility for any copyright infringement. Photos downloaded from Facebook are not suitable. Please look for the original image.
I do not have a digital image. What should I do?
You can scan your paper photo.
At what resolution should I scan my image?
For the best results, scan your photo at 600 DPI or 1200 DPI.
Do you check the photo resolution before printing?
Once you upload your photo to our website, on the right side of the editor you will see the image quality meter. It is your responsibility to upload good quality photo as we process all orders automatically, so if you are not sure about the quality of your image, before ordering, please contact us by sending the image for inspection to info(at)puzzlesprint.com.
When I upload my photo is says "Bad Resolution" Very blurred. Can I adjust the resolution?
No, the image would still be blurry even if the resolution is manually changed. You should look for the original file from the camera that was used to take the photo.
Can the photo be in landscape/portrait?
Yes, you can choose the puzzle orientation when you upload your image to our website.
Will the photo be printed on the puzzle box?
Yes, the photo will be printed on the lid of the box.
Can you add text to my photo?
You can do that yourself when you upload your photo to our website. Just click "add text" in our online photo editor.
