Georges Seurat was a French painter who was born on the 2nd of December 1859 and died on March 29, 1981. He is known as a French post-Impressionist. He started a few painting techniques who are now known as chromoluminarism and pointillism. He used Conte crayon for drawing on paper sheets that had rough and uneven surfaces. Also, he is the founder of the 19th-century French school of Neo-Impressionism. He is known as a genius as in his short-lived life he did develop painting techniques and also opened an art school.
