Edge of the Woods Near L’Hermitage, Pontoise puzzle is made using a historical and world-famous painting. High-quality wooden puzzle with detailed and vivid artwork reproduction is sure to be lots of fun. Pissarro arranged this great scene when he was frantically poor and battling to sell his works of art. It portrays a man sleeping in the sundappled boondocks of the Hermitage, a country town close to Pontoise, where the craftsman had been residing starting around 1872. Limiting his pallette to unadulterated tones, Pissarro applied brushstrokes in deliberate slanting examples, creating a result that he compared to weaving. This material was remembered for the fourth Impressionist presentation of 1879.
