The product and ordering method is great. The only thing that needs improvement is the box that the puzzles come in. The top half is horrible. The white inner box should be more like the outer one. If this doesn't change, I will have to look elsewhere when it comes time for me to place a large order.

The only reason that I don't give a five-star rating is the box. The inner box is lousy. I'd like one with a top that lifts off intact or flips open intact. Everything else is great.

This is a gift for my granddaughter and the picture on the box is perfect. It hasn’t been opened or solved so I will review again if there is an issue.
