The site was easy to use and my order was confirmed by e-mail. When I received the jigsaw I was delighted with the packaging- strong cardboard and undamaged. Inside the outer packing, there was my jigsaw- in a box displaying the photo I had requested. Very impressed. I had looked at cheaper options but the reviews were not good and no box was included so am happy to recommend this company.
