Product delivery

Puzzlesprint.com is committed to delivering personalized jigsaw puzzles in perfect condition to the direction witch the Registered User indicated in the order form. For delivery we are using postal services. Puzzlesprint.com is not responsible for errors caused throught the delivery process, when the delivery address entered by the user in the order form does not match to reality or have been omitted.

Delivery Time

The usual delivery time to European Union countries is 5 to 10 business days , to other countires approximentley 14 bussines days, we try to dispatch our puzzles as fast as we can but in holiday season or busy days it may take up to 3 business days, if ordering Photo Collage puzzles shipping time increases by 5 business days, from the date of we have received your payment. We define date of confirmation of order as in which puzzlesprint.com has been received in both the orders placed through the web order, as the final material to make the puzzle as well as in the case of transfer payment. In the case where puzzlesprint.com indicating the customer that the material submitted is not quite correct or require any change, the date of confirmation of order will be one in that we have the customer's final confirmation of this new material, plus the other activities mentioned above. As soon as we have received the payment, the order statuss will be changed to Processing and the costumer will be mentioned via e-mail.

Care delivery

The Registered User must verify the condition of the package to the carrier, on behalf of  puzzlesprint.com to make delivery of the requested product, indicating the delivery order that can detect any abnormalities in the packaging. If, later, after reviewing the product, the user detected any incident recorded as a hit, break, signs of having been opened or any damage caused by shipping it, the Costumer should notify puzzlesprint.com via email in shortest possible time and at a maximum of 24 hours after delivery.
