How to send you images for collage puzzles?

You need to send us images via email, if the images are to large then send them throught several emails or create Rar file. Also you may send them to us using one of these two services www.mailbigfile.com or www.yousendit.com both services are for free, you only need to register and send the pictures to our email info@puzzlesprint.com

How many images I have to send for photo collage puzzle?

There is no perfect amount 10 to 15 would be great, but the collage puzzle can be made even from 3 different pictures.

How do I place my order?

It is simple, just chose the Photo Collage category on the left side and select what kind of Collage puzzle do you want to create, send us your selected image,s enter quantity and click add to chart. After you have done that click checkout, or if you would like to order another puzzle click continue shopping. At checkout you can edit contact information and shipping adress, please check your provided information, next step is to select the shipping method after that press continue, next step is payment method, we only provide Paypal, also in payment method you can write notes regarding the order, after you have entered or not entered notes you will need to apply to our terms and conditions, after that press place order. You will be redirected to paypal home page where you need to log in and process payment.

How long does it takes to create photo collage puzzle?

For us to create design of your puzzle takes 3 bussines days and 2 bussines days for manufacturing your puzzle. Shipping time to European Union countries is 5-8 bussines days, all other countries about 10 bussines days.
