How long does it takes to manufacture and deliver my personalized puzzle?

Shipping to Europe Union countries takes 5 - 8 bussines days, to all other countries about 10 business days, also you must add 3 business days for us to manufacture your puzzle.

How can I track my order?

On the left side of the home page you need to enter your order ID, we have three order statuses:

    * Open - we haven't received money for the order.
    * Processed - we have received money for the order and your puzzle is being manufactured.
    * Completed - your puzzle has been dispatched and you will receive it shortly.

How do you process payments?

We use paypal services, paypal allows to shop in highly secured and easy way.

How do I place my order?

It is simple, just chose the category on the left side and select what kind of puzzle do you want to create, upload your selected image, enter quantity and click add to chart. After you have done that click checkout, or if you would like to order another puzzle click continue shopping. At checkout you can edit contact information and shipping adress, please check your provided information, next step is to select the shipping method after that press continue, next step is payment method, we only provide Paypal, also in payment method you can write notes regarding the order, after you have entered or not entered notes you will need to apply to our terms and conditions, after that press place order. You will be redirected to paypal home page where you will need to log in and process payment.

Are you shipping internationally?

Yes, we are shipping internationally.

Can you make other puzzles that are offered on the web page?

Right now all possible puzzles are listed on our website.

Can you create puzzle from simple photography?

No we are only working with digital images.

What are the puzzles made from?

Our personalized puzzles are made from cardboard just like the high quality puzzles that are available in stores.

What printing machine are you using to print personalized puzzles?

We use UV ink printer that provides sharp collors witch will last a life time, they are unscratchable and they don't fade in time. The puzzle will last long, long time.
