Yes, we are shipping worldwide.

How long does it takes to manufacture and deliver my personalized puzzle?

Shipping to Europe Union countries takes 5 - 8 bussines days, to all other countries about 10 business days, also you must add 3 business days for us to manufacture your puzzle. Also as fast as you approve the design of your photo collage puzzle we proceed to printing your puzzle.

How can I track my order?

On the left side of the home page you need to enter your order ID, we have three order statuses:

• Open - we haven't received money for the order.

• Processed - we have received money for the order and your puzzle is being manufactured.

• Completed - your puzzle has been dispatched and shortly you will receive it.

How do you process payments?

We use paypal services, paypal allows to shop in highly secured and easy way.

How do I place my order?

It is simple, just chose the category on the left side and select what kind of puzzle do you want to create, upload your selected image, enter quantity and click add to chart. After you have done that click checkout, or if you would like to order another puzzle click continue shopping. At checkout you can edit contact information and shipping adress, please check your provided information, next step is to select the shipping method after that press continue, next step is payment method, we only provide Paypal, also in payment method you can write notes regarding the order, after you have entered or not entered notes you will need to apply to our terms and conditions, after that press place order. You will be redirected to paypal home page where you will need to log in and process payment.

Can you make other puzzles that are offered on the web page?

Right now all possible puzzles are listed on our website.

Can you create puzzle from simple photography?

No we are only working with digital images.

What are the puzzles made from?

Our personalized puzzles are made from cardboard just like the high quality puzzles that are available in stores.

How many images I have to send for photo collage puzzle?

There is no perfect amount 10 to 15 would be great, but the collage puzzle can be made even from 3 different pictures.

How to send you images for collage puzzles?

You need to send us images via email, if the images are to large then send them through several emails or create Rar file. Also you may send them to us using one of these two services www.mailbigfile.com or www.yousendit.com both services are for free, you only need to register and send the pictures to our email info@puzzlesprint.com
